Where does Grace + Metal deliver?

Currently, we only deliver to the United States. But we are working to expand shipping to other parts of the world soon. 

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping to the US is free!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary, but usually take around 2 weeks. You will receive a tracking link once the order is shipped.

Where are Grace + Metal Planners shipped from?

This is a small business, so we are currently printing the planners from a third-party supplier, Lulu, and shipping them to you (the planners are fully designed by us). In the near future, we hope to be able to place bulk orders and ship them to you ourselves!

How is the Reflection Journal PDF sent to me?

You will receive an email within an hour of your order, where you can download the PDF. You can then upload it to Notion or Goodnotes if you want to use it digitally. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, so we’re unable to process cancellations, returns, or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at contact@graceandmetal.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

I need to update my address on my order.

We work with a third-party fulfillment center that processes orders quickly to ensure speedy delivery. If you need to modify the shipping address, please email us at contact@graceandmetal.com as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, please note that once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes.
